Noli, Liguria, Italy, July 21, 2014. Noli, an ancient Ligurian town whose foundation dates back to before Christ, is located on the Riviera di Ponente (France side). First Byzantine, then Lombard and Frankish, it was also a maritime republic allied with Genoa. In addition to a magnificent medieval center, Noli also has a pleasant seafront with a beach. In the photo, the coast with rocks and pebbles just before reaching the town. The white foam highlights the color of the sea with various shades of blue.
