A typical English brunch

A variation on Eggs Royal for breakfast, or even better, for a typical English brunch. Brunch is a fusion of breakfast and lunch. The dish, rich in protein and with strong flavours, has a significant caloric intake. The poached egg is cooked without its shell in boiling water for a few minutes so that the yolk remains runny and creamy.
